Refunds & returns

Eligibility For Returns
  • 1. Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • 2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • 3. Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • 4. Please take care when trying on our items. Any items returned that have pulls, fake tan or heavily perfumed will not be eligible for a return.
Return Process
  • 1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@cowboycollins.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • 2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • 3. Shipping the Return: Pack the items securely with original packaging. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
  • 4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Exchanges or Damaged & Deffective Items

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

All our pieces go through many quality control checks before sending out. We wont ship out any items that are damaged or defective. Should you have an issue, please email info@cowboycollins.com
